Ongoing Practice
While practice at home is a good discipline, it is advisable to attend classes for correction and guidance from a teacher, especially when you are still new to yoga. For this reason we have daily open yoga classes, both in the morning and the evening. After completing the beginners course, continue your practice of the basic asanas and pranayama in the open classes.

Open Classes
Open to all on a drop-in basis. Covers the twelve basic postures, breathing and relaxation. Students are advised to take a beginners' course before attending regular open classes. If you are new to the Centre and have not completed Yoga 1, please contact the reception for instructor approval.
Prerequisite: Yoga 1 or instructor approval
Class duration: 90 minutes.
Cost: 250 Rs
Open Class (60 minutes)
A one hour open class with simple stretches and basic Pranayama for busy people or those desk-bound for most of the day.
